Marty McFly’s 2015 Nikes coming to a store near you, in 2008

Came across this this morning, via Engadget. Nike is *almost* bringing Marty’s shoes from 2015 back to the past.
See what I did there?
Anyway. Check it. And then get yourself a copy of the book Jennifer Government, which I just finished reading. It’s a superb piece of fiction, examining an Orwellian style future-present where corporations, not [...]

More reasons to stay away from GoDaddy

The first few domains I set up I had hosted with GoDaddy, as they seemed like a decent company. I moved my domains away from GoDaddy a couple of years ago, as I started to feel uneasy about them, but couldn’t put my finger on anything in particular (other than fishy pricing). Over the last [...]

Carbon neutral architecture

Content!

For now, I recommend the new Coldplay album. I’m 2 songs in, and really enjoying it.

In Toronto again

I don’t know if I even blogged that this was happening yet, but I’m in Toronto. For work, again. Flew with Icelandair, via Reykjavik. Pretty good flights, nothing much to complain about, except a serious gotcha which I may discuss later.
I had forgotten how incredibly hot and humid Toronto summers are. Man.
