My one critique (and being the contrarian that I am, you know that I will have at least one) is that I find the text a little small. I tried adjusting the text size with my browser, but since most of the content on this site is not HTML, it didn't really work. In fact, the only thing that changed was the size of the titles (so it was like your site was inadvertently mocking me!). Other than that, I really like the feel of the new jpuddy.net. My personal favourite is your black and white toolbar at the top of the screen. It's freaking hot.
